Where:        OCEAN INLET PARK 6990 N. Ocean Boulevard, Ocean Ridge, Florida 33435        (LOCATED IN THE PICNIC AREA NEAR THE PARKING LOT NEXT TO THE SNACK BAR FOR SIGN IN AND CLEANUP MATERIALS)

 We will be joining the Sea Angels in their monthly beach cleanup. On this particular Saturday they will be participating in the Ocean Conservancy's International Coastal Cleanup and National Public Lands Day.

Hoeveler Award Nominations Now Being Accepted 

The Florida Bar's Standing Committee on Professionalism is now accepting nominations for its William M. Hoeveler Judicial Award. The Hoeveler award is for "a judge who best exemplifies strength of character, service, and competence as a jurist, lawyer, and public servant. Nominees should be judges who have communicated their pledge to the ideals of justice and diligence in inspiring others to the mission of professionalism," according to the committee. The nomination form is available on The Florida Bar's website at www.flabar.org. From the home page, hover over "Professional Practice," on the fly out menu, click on "Awards" under Henry Latimer Center for Professionalism heading, then click on William Hoeveler Judicial Award link. Forms for the Hoeveler Award must be received by The Bar no later than Dec. 1, 2011. Mail nominations to: Henry Latimer Center for Professionalism, The Florida Bar, 651 E. Jefferson St., Tallahassee 32399-2300. Nominations for the Hoeveler Award may also be e-mailed to rblackbu@flabar.org. The Hoeveler Award will be presented at The Bar's Annual Convention in June 2012.
